6 Powerful Games to Manifest Money
If you’ve been having a hard time manifesting money, you may be approaching it from the wrong angle. Trying to create anything from a place of neediness, scarcity, or too much seriousness will slow down—or even block—your manifestations. That kind of energy will either get you nowhere or attract more of what you don’t want.
A much better approach is to infuse your manifesting practice with playfulness and joy. When you make it fun, you naturally raise your vibration. And that’s the vibe where money flows easily.
Here are 6 playful games to help you shift your energy and become a magnet for abundance:
1. The Wallet Game
This one comes from the book Ask and It Is Given by Abraham-Hicks. Put $100 (or $20 or $50 if that’s more comfortable) in your wallet and carry it with you. As you go through your day, imagine all the things you could buy with that money. “I could buy this. I could treat myself to that.”
Mentally spend that $100 again and again—ten, twenty, a hundred times. Doing this vibrationally conditions your mind to feel abundant and tells the Universe, “More of this, please!”
2. The Prosperity Game
Also inspired by Ask and It Is Given, this one’s a classic. Create an imaginary checking account using a notebook, spreadsheet, or old checkbook. On Day 1, “deposit” $1000 and then “spend” it by writing pretend checks for anything you want. On Day 2, deposit $2000 and spend that. On Day 3, $3000. Keep going like this every day.
It becomes a fun challenge to stretch your imagination—and it trains your brain to expect bigger and better things.
3. Bills Become Checks
Open your bills with excitement (yes, really!) and pretend they are checks made out to you. If your electric bill is $40, imagine it’s a $400 check. You can even write that amount in a notebook labeled “Incoming Money” and watch it grow.
This little switch flips your vibration from resistance to receptivity—and makes your relationship with money a whole lot lighter.
4. Happy Money
This joyful little game comes from the book Happy Money by Laina Buenostar, and it’s one of my favorites! The idea is simple: write a short, uplifting message on a sticky note and attach it to a small bill (like a $1 or $5). Then, hide it somewhere out in the world where a stranger might find it—maybe in a book at the library, on a grocery store shelf, or tucked into a park bench.
You might write something like, “This is happy money! Enjoy!” or “Abundance flows to you now!” You can also include an affirmation, blessing, or inspiring quote—anything that feels good to share.
Before you leave the money behind, affirm that it will return to you multiplied, and then walk away with a smile. The magic of this game is in the giving—and in trusting that the good you send out comes back to you in beautiful ways.
Play this game once a week or whenever you feel inspired. It’s a fun, generous way to raise your vibration and spread abundance at the same time!
5. Magic Money
For this game, choose an amount of money you’d love to receive this month. Then come up with as many fun and wild ways it could show up. Don’t censor yourself—go big, go bold, get creative.
For example: “I win a random contest I forgot I entered,” or “My neighbor insists on paying me for helping her clean out her garage.” The more outrageous and imaginative, the better.
The goal? Activate possibility. You’ll expand your sense of how the Universe can provide for you in delightful, unexpected ways.
6. The Allowance Game
Remember when you got an allowance as a kid? Time to bring that energy back—but with a twist. Now you decide how much you receive.
Say this phrase throughout the day: “I am increasing my allowance.” Let it be playful, empowering, and open-ended. It’s a pun that also works as a powerful affirmation, inviting in more flow and freedom.
This simple statement can subtly shift your self-worth and receiving energy.
Final Thoughts
When you treat money like a game, the pressure lifts—and that’s when the magic begins. So give yourself permission to play. Laugh more. Imagine more. Open to receive more.
And remember: the Universe loves to play with you when you're having fun.
