Cosmic Encounters: Are We Ready to Accept ETs?
Not long ago, talking about extraterrestrials was enough to get you labeled as a conspiracy theorist.
Today, governments are acknowledging unidentified aerial phenomena. Military pilots are sharing encounters they can't explain. Whistleblowers are coming forward. And Steven Spielberg has released a major motion picture centered around disclosure.
Something is changing.
I don't think that's a coincidence. I believe we're witnessing more than a shift in public opinion. I believe we're witnessing an expansion of human consciousness.
The question isn't simply, "Do ETs exist?" The deeper question is...
Are we finally ready to accept that they do?
A Bigger Reality
When I look at the night sky, it's hard for me to believe that Earth is the only planet in an almost infinite universe capable of supporting intelligent life.
The universe is simply too vast. Too alive. Too extraordinary. For me, believing that we are the only intelligent civilization doesn't make sense.
Of course, everyone is free to come to their own conclusions. But I believe extraterrestrial civilizations have always been part of our reality. What's changing isn't their presence—it's our openness to considering that possibility.
And I think that's an important distinction.
Consciousness Comes First
I don't believe disclosure will happen as one dramatic event. I think it is unfolding gradually, exactly as humanity is ready for it.
If undeniable proof had been presented fifty years ago, many people would have reacted with fear. Hollywood spent decades teaching us that aliens were invaders and enemies. It's no wonder so many people still associate the subject with danger.
But humanity is changing. More people are exploring spirituality. More people are questioning old belief systems. More people are recognizing that consciousness itself may be far more expansive than we once imagined.
As our awareness grows, so does our ability to consider ideas that previously felt impossible. That's why I believe disclosure is really a consciousness event.
ETs Have Been Here All Along
Stories of beings from the stars are woven throughout human history.
Ancient civilizations left behind artwork and writings that continue to puzzle archaeologists. Indigenous traditions around the world speak of star people who shared wisdom with humanity. Cultures separated by oceans and thousands of years tell surprisingly similar stories.
Does that prove extraterrestrial contact?
No. But it certainly encourages us to keep asking questions.
For me, these accounts suggest that humanity's relationship with other intelligences didn't begin in the twentieth century. It's much older than that.
Why Disclosure Day Matters
I recently watched Steven Spielberg's new film, Disclosure Day.
Yes, it's Hollywood. But I also believe it's an important film for this moment in history.
Movies have always shaped the way we think about the future. Sometimes they even prepare us for conversations society isn't quite ready to have yet.
Whether or not every aspect of the film reflects reality isn't really the point. The point is that the subject of extraterrestrial life has entered mainstream conversation in a way we've never seen before.
That feels significant. I believe we're being invited to think differently.
Darryl Anka and Bashar
One of the people who has influenced my own thinking over the years is Darryl Anka through his channeling of Bashar.
According to Darryl, Bashar is a member of an advanced extraterrestrial civilization known as the Essassani. His teachings cover everything from parallel realities and synchronicity to excitement, personal growth, and humanity's evolution.
Whether you believe Bashar is literally an ET, an interdimensional being, or something else entirely isn't what interests me most. What interests me is the message.
Bashar consistently encourages people to expand their consciousness, trust themselves, and recognize that reality is far more flexible than we've been taught.
One idea that has stayed with me is that open contact with extraterrestrial civilizations isn't something that simply happens one day. Humanity grows into it.
Steven Greer and the Disclosure Movement
Another person who has devoted decades to this subject is Dr. Steven Greer.
Through The Disclosure Project, Greer has collected testimony from military personnel, intelligence officials, pilots, astronauts, and government insiders who claim firsthand knowledge of unidentified aerial phenomena and classified programs.
Whether or not you agree with every conclusion he reaches, it's difficult to ignore the amount of information that has accumulated over the years.
His work has encouraged countless people to look beyond headlines and ask better questions.
Many Voices, One Bigger Picture
Steven Greer and Darryl Anka certainly aren't the only ones contributing to this conversation.
Researchers like Jacques Vallée have approached the mystery from a scientific perspective. Richard Dolan has spent decades documenting UFO history. Dolores Cannon explored humanity's connection with star civilizations through hypnosis. More recently, whistleblowers like David Grusch have brought renewed public attention to the topic.
Each approaches the mystery differently. Each adds another piece to the puzzle. And together they suggest that there may be much more to our reality than we've previously understood.
ETs and Higher Beings
As my own perspective has evolved, I've come to see the conversation about ETs and higher beings as closely connected.
Many spiritual traditions speak of angels, ascended masters, guides, and loving intelligences that exist beyond our physical senses.
Could some of these experiences involve higher-dimensional beings?
Could others involve advanced extraterrestrial civilizations?
I don't pretend to know all the answers. What I do know is that the universe appears to be far more intelligent, interconnected, and alive than we were taught growing up.
The Real Disclosure
To me, this article isn't really about UFOs. It's about consciousness.
Every major leap in human history has required us to let go of an old understanding of reality and embrace a bigger one.
We once believed the Earth was flat. We once believed the Sun revolved around us. We once believed there was nothing beyond what our eyes could see. Each time our understanding expanded, so did humanity.
I believe we're standing at another one of those moments. The real disclosure isn't simply that ETs may exist. The real disclosure is that humanity is becoming ready to see itself as part of something much larger.
As our consciousness expands, our picture of reality expands with it. And I have a feeling we've only just begun.
