Let’s begin with the setup statements on the Karate Chop point.

Karate Chop (Setup Statements):

Even though I feel conflicted by the different parts of myself, I deeply and completely love and accept myself.

Even though I struggle to understand and integrate my sub-personalities, I accept who I am and how I feel.

Round 1 – Acknowledging the Problem

Under the Nose: Letting go of my fear of these inner voices.

Chin: I release the judgment I hold against any part of myself.

Collarbone: Letting go of all the misunderstandings within me.

Under the Arm: I release the tension and embrace acceptance.

Top of Head: I let go of all that no longer serves my inner harmony.

Eyebrow: I invite love and acceptance for all my sub-personalities.

Side of the Eye: Inviting understanding and peace within me.

Under the Eye: I welcome the wisdom each part brings.

Under the Nose: Inviting compassion for every aspect of myself.

Chin: I allow harmony to fill my inner world.

Collarbone: Inviting patience as I learn from each part of myself.

Under the Arm: Welcoming new insights from my inner experiences.

Top of Head: I fill my being with acceptance and love.

Round 5 – Empowering Affirmations

Eyebrow: I am strong and capable of integrating all parts of myself.

Side of the Eye: I honor and value each sub-personality within me.

Under the Eye: I am empowered by my inner diversity.

Under the Nose: I trust my higher self to guide this integration.

Chin: I am a harmonious blend of all my parts.

Collarbone: I am confident in my journey toward inner peace.

Under the Arm: I am whole and complete with all my sub-personalities.

Top of Head: I embrace my entire self with love and joy.
